About the Book Club
The Romance Book Club is a student-led community for anyone who enjoys romance novels and the meaningful conversations they inspire. Together, we explore stories that entertain us while also opening discussions about healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, consent, and the many ways love and connection are portrayed across different experiences and identities.
Romance as a genre has often been overlooked, yet these stories offer accessible and engaging ways to reflect on what we value in relationships, how we navigate intimacy and conflict, and how culture, identity, and community shape our understanding of love. Whether you’re a longtime romance reader or picking up your very first novel, you are welcome here.
We celebrate the rich intersections of romance with a variety of genres — including fantasy, contemporary fiction, sports romance, paranormal romance, historical fiction, and beyond. Above all, we believe that stories can help us connect, learn, laugh, and build community.
