What do people mean when they talk about the patriarchy? What does feminism and marriage have to do with one another? What are issues women and girls around the world still face? Join us for Beyond the Waves: Getting to Know Feminism to find out!
This interactive workshop will help students become more familiar with feminism. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to define terms related to feminism, and develop skills to critically think about how feminism shows up in U.S. society and around the world.
This workshop is open to all Wake Forest University students.
